Dr Anna Rolleston DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Anna was born and raised in Tauranga. She completed her tertiary study at the University of Auckland and lived and worked in Auckland for a number of years before moving home. Anna has more than 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a registered exercise physiologist with Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand and is a key provider in the Bay of Plenty for the New Zealand Academy of Sport. Anna is currently the sport science consultant to the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic, Beach Volleyball NZ and Surf Lifesaving NZ. Anna is also the current Maori Cardiovascular Fellow with the Heart Foundation and holds an honorary academic position within the Department of Medicine at the University of Auckland.

Nan McKenzie BPEd, Dip Couns, Dip Tch DIRECTOR/EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Nan and her husband Noel moved to Tauranga 12 years ago because they loved the climate and the laid back, active lifestyle. Nan has coordinated and facilitated the exercise component of the Tauranga DHB cardiac rehabilitation programme for the last 10 years. She was also integral in the set up of the first community based cardiac support group in Tauranga which continues to this day. She has been an active member of the Heart Foundation for many years. Nan and Noel owned and managed the Contours Health and Fitness Centre in Tauranga for 4 years before Nan started her private exercise consulting business. Her PE degree was conferred by Otago University and Nan has spent her professional life teaching, counselling and motivating people to improve themselves. She has also spent much time career consulting in an effort to get people onto a pathway to success

Chris Knight EXERCISE CLINIC MANAGER
Chris completed his Tertiary study at the Waikato Institute of Technology. He lived and worked in Hamilton before moving to Tauranga in 2008. Chris has more than 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry and has spent many of these years as a private exercise consultant working with individuals and small groups towards achieving their specific goals. One of his most rewarding experiences was training a small group of women who had never done any running events before to complete the New York Marathon. Chris started with The Cardiac Clinic when we first opened in 2010, he also works with Nan on the Tauranga DHB cardiac rehabilitation programme when required.
